We work with a professional nutritionist who is able to custom create a diet and exercise plan suitable for your lifestyle, age, condition and objectives. Many abe athletes only see a further performance gain when they there attention is focused to the fuel that powers the engine. 

For a more advanced course we can work with our partner to determine your diet plan as determined by your DNA sequencing. a relatively new approach to diet and lifestyle modelling that shapes a plan through analysis of millions of DNA patterns to identify possible areas of concern and the prevention through diet. It is cutting edge science that is having enormous impact on long term health and wellbeing. 

 

 

BREATHWORK

The A.R.T. of breathwork dates back centuries and its principles can be found deep in yoga practices. Reconnecting with your breath is a wonderful and rewarding experience.

EXERCISE
