Reconnecting with your breath is an experience everyone deserves, and forms a core pillar of our approach to personal development through health and wellbeing.

Discovery through breathwork is a powerful tool that is available to all of us. The pattern of our breathing evolves from the day we are born and has a physical impact on the performance of our mind and body. We practice the A.R.T of breathing: 

 

Awareness of breath

Regulation of breath 

Transformation of breath 

Using our breath we can control our emotions, energise our bodies, relax and recover, be in control of ourselves. In an age where burnout is a common diagnosis, we teach that an awareness of breath and regulation of breath will take you down from this adrenalised state and allow you to feel the vitality of authentic energy pulsing through your body. 

Breathing techniques underscore our approach to coaching. Allowing you to be present and connected to the sessions and your desired outcomes.
